Here is something worth noticing. You already know exactly how you react when life presses on you. You have probably called it a flaw, a quirk, or just the way you are.
What most people never learn is why their body chose that particular response in the first place. Your reactions are not random, and they were never flaws. They are a pattern your nervous system built a long time ago, back when it was doing its best to keep you safe with whatever it had. Over the next fourteen questions, this assessment follows that pattern all the way down to your dominant response, whether that is fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, gives it a name, and shows you exactly what to do the next time it takes over.
