The Nervous System Profile

Fourteen questions that explain why you react the way you do.

Here is something worth noticing. You already know exactly how you react when life presses on you. Maybe you get sharp with the people closest to you, or your mind starts racing through every version of what could go wrong, or you go quiet and foggy right when you need your words the most. You have probably called it a flaw, a quirk, or just the way you are.

What most people never learn is why their body chose that particular response in the first place. Your reactions are not random, and they were never flaws. They are a pattern your nervous system built a long time ago, back when it was doing its best to keep you safe with whatever it had. Over the next fourteen questions, this assessment follows that pattern all the way down to your dominant response, whether that is fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, gives it a name, and shows you exactly what to do the next time it takes over.

ANSWER WITH YOUR FIRST INSTINCT.
GO WITH WHAT YOU ACTUALLY DO, NOT WHAT YOU WISH YOU DID.
THERE ARE NO WRONG ANSWERS HERE, ONLY HONEST ONES.

Your Nervous System Profile

This profile is the map.
The Framework is the work.

Now that you know your pattern, everything else in the bundle becomes more precise. Open your Instant Relief Tools Guide and start with the tools named in your roadmap above, since those are the ones your particular system responds to fastest. Then carry all of this into The Transformation Framework, where chapter one opens with the body map. You now know exactly what you are mapping.

"Who did I become because of what happened to me?"

The Nervous System Profile is a self-reflection tool built on established research into how the body responds to stress. It describes patterns rather than people, and it is not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
